  • F15

    Cause:

Water temperature too high or water supply error.

    Solution:

The error code may be due to the dishwasher being connected to the hot water tap. Connect to cold water tap instead. The error code can also be caused by no water entering the dishwasher at all. Start by checking that water comes out of the tap at the connection point. If it does, the lack of water is probably due to a faulty solenoid valve or aquastop. You can find a new solenoid valve here and a new aquastop here. If the dishwasher takes in water, the error may be due to a faulty level control. The level control measures the water level. Be aware that on older dishwashers the level control is analogue, and in this case you can just replace it. However, on newer dishwashers the level control is part of the PCB/control module and in this case you will need to replace the PCB. Contact us if you are in doubt - remember to provide as much information as possible from the dishwasher's nameplate.

  • Professional dishwasher gel (500 ml)
This professional dishwasher gel is a sublime alternative to traditional dishwashing detergents, which difficultly dissolves completely, resulting in soap residue on the dishes. Especially with newer dishwashers, which are hugely water-saving, you may experience soap residue. You will avoid that with this smart dishwasher gel – the gel is so easily soluble that soap residue on dishes is a thing of the past! The dishwasher gel is also easy to dose - simply press lightly on the bottle and let approx. 20 ml out per wash. Many dishwashers have a measuring unit on the soap container, but if yours doesn't, it roughly corresponds to a large tablespoon.

In addition, always ensure that there is salt and rinse aid in the dishwasher. Salt, rinse aid and soap, in interaction with each other, ensure the most optimal dishwashing result.

  • Professional descaler for dishwasher (1 kg)
I reality descaling the dishwasher really shouldn’t be necessary. The dishwasher softens (and hereby removes limestone) the water via the water softener.

Therefore: IF you need to descale the dishwasher, you should first check whether the salt level is set correctly.

Once limescale has build up in the dishwasher, you will need to descale it to remove the limescale build-up.

    Here's how you do it:
    1. Fill the detergent compartment
    2. Run an empty wash at high temperature
